ORDER TRACKING:
On the day of shipment you will receive an email from Montessori BF with the tracking details of your order.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES:
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union will be subject to a fixed charge of €50 for customs fees. Such shipments may be subject to additional import taxes or customs duties which Montessori BF cannot anticipate in any way; such charges are the sole responsibility of the final consignee, who will have to pay the amount due to the forwarding agent or the relevant authorities.
NOTES:
Shipments to Italy are made by MBE “Mail Boxes Etc.” express courier (shipment times vary from 1 to 5 business days), shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are made by MBE “Mail Boxes Etc.” express courier (shipment times vary from 1 to 10 business days).
Please note that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays and that Montessori BF is not liable for any delays or mishaps attributable to the courier.
We also remind you that any damage to items during shipment is not the fault of Montessori BF, so please carefully check the integrity of the package upon receipt and inform the delivering courier if the package is damaged by entering it in the delivery notes.
